These were purchased new and were used for one child only. They have no stains or marks on them (I did use disposable liners in them) and are in good condition with loads of wear left in them. It seems such a shame for them just to be sitting in my cupboard. There have been washed only in non-bio and no fabric softner. We are a smoke free household but do have cats although there have never worn the nappies!!
