(A) You can give the buyer the option to pay for recorded delivery. If recorded delivery is not chosen or offered we recommend that sellers always obtain proof of postage to help resolve any issues. We also recommend reviewing the insurance available when posting high value items, (please note lower value items may be already covered by your postal provider).
