TIP: You don't need to be a 'business' to have a merchant account, an individual can also have a merchant account.
(1) Regsitration:
(2) Integration settings:
- Check the box that says: "For extra security, my company will only post digitally signed XML shopping carts. (Google should reject all others)"
- Check XML as your call back method.
- Now Save.
(3) Preferences
- Click on: PREFERENCES on the left side of page at Google Checkout.
- Check the box that says: "Automatically authorize and charge the buyer's credit card." VERY IMPORTANT!!
Now save preferences.
(4) Click on the Settings Tab
- Under 'General Store Information'

- go to: Members Area -> My Account -> Manage Account -> Direct Payment Settings
- enter your GoogleCheckout Merchant ID & Key
